The Lymphatic Flow Immersion
Our Lymphatic Flow Immersion is thoughtfully designed to support you to stabilise your lymphatic, fascia and overall health.
This includes helping you address pain, reduce swelling, and rebuild strength through targeted therapies of manual lymphatic drainage and at-home practices that promote long-term wellness.

The order of the sessions are your choice. We just recommend that you complete them within 6 weeks.
However, if your health is extremely symptomatic, we recommend the Manual Lymphatic Drainage as the third session as a way of preparing your body for maximal results from the program.
