- Have a look over the Dermaviduals range especially if you are looking to move to a low tox, clean, natural and highly effective skin care range.
- We have a whole beauty maintenance support available, including brow maintenance, waxing, and foot treatments.
- For the men we also look after manscaping to assist preening areas of the face that often get overlooked in daily health routines.
Before Massage Treatments

- Please fill in forms to ensure that your Practitioner is aware of how to support your health goals best
- You may be interested in adding on Hydrotherapy or Infrared Sauna, please take time to look at some of the packages below - especially if you are managing injury or aiming to calm inflammation.
Before Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Be mindful of light clean foods in the 24 hours prior to your MLD
- Please increase your water intake in the leas up to your Treatment.
- Depending on the time of day of your treatment, be realistic with your increased fluid. At worst at least half a litre at best 2 litres would be great.
- If you have any history of cancer, or currently in treatment, please provide details to ensure that your Practitioner can customise your experience. If you are currently in treatment for cancer, please make sure you have Medical Clearance.
- Before your session, empty your bladder.
